ADD-NI Programme Facilitator - (full time post 35 hours per week)

 

Location: Based in Belfast Office and other sites as required

Salary: NJC Scale Spinal Point 26-29

Commencing: 1st March 2018

Contract duration: Two years (funded by The Big Lottery Fund – Tackling ADHD: Steps to Success)

 

We require an experienced, skilled and motivated person to integrate into our existing therapeutic staff team.

 

The key objective of this position is to assist in the provision of a high quality service to effectively meet the needs of children, young people and their parents/careers, who are affected by AD/HD.

 

The applicant must have significant experience of direct work with children and young people with AD/HD in a group work setting, and, an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the issues they face.

 

Applicants should hold a relevant qualification (psychology, social work, counselling) at degree level or above, with postgraduate level preferred. It is essential applicants have experience working with young people with ADHD and associated conditions, as well as appropriate registration credentials.

 

The post holder will be involved in frequent evening work and travel as required.
